1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. Items must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.
2. Eligible Items for Return
- Unopened trading card packs and boxes
- Individual cards in the same condition as shipped
- Supplies and accessories in unused condition
- Pre-order items (before shipment)
3. Items That CANNOT Be Returned
For the integrity of our marketplace and all customers, the following items are final sale:
- Opened trading card packs or boxes - Due to the nature of collectibles
- Custom or personalized items - Items made specifically for you
- Digital products - Downloads, digital codes, or virtual items
- Items damaged by customer - Wear, tear, or damage after receipt
- Items without original packaging - Must include all original materials
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package items securely with all original materials
- Ship using trackable method - return shipping costs typically apply
5. Refund Processing
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method used for purchase
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return Shipping: Customer responsibility unless item is defective
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
- This ensures faster processing and availability
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- Keep all packaging for inspection if needed
- We cover return shipping for defective items
8. High-Value Items
For items over $500:
- Signature confirmation required for delivery
- Insurance recommended for returns
- Additional verification may be required
- Special handling and packaging requirements
9. International Returns
International customers are responsible for:
- All return shipping costs and customs fees
- Ensuring items comply with import/export regulations
- Extended processing times due to customs clearance
